Acquisition adds to General Control Systems growing expertise in the Water & Wastewater industry.

Albany, NY – March 1, 2024 – General Control Systems, Inc. (GCS) announces its largest strategic acquisition to date with the addition of Dedicated Controls LLC, a leading Texas-based industrial automation / controls engineering system integrator.

Dedicated Controls will operate under the name “Dedicated Controls, a GCS Company”. David Bounds and Charles Alford will continue to lead the company; David will lead the Business Development team and Charles will lead the Engineering team.
